How it started
After years of receiving bike related questions to her personal inbox, Alice decided to start an instagram account to share her answers publicly. This meant other friends and followers could learn too, and Alice wouldn’t have to keep repeating herself!
How it grew
Soon enough people also started coming to Alice for help with repairs they simply didn’t have the tools for, and the Hackney home workshop and servicing business was born.
